Welcome to Emma Grows. By using our services—including Garden Design & Planning, Mulching Amendments, Sod Installation, and Tree Planting—you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

  • Garden Design & Planning: Customized designs and layouts for residential and commercial gardens.

  • Mulching Amendments: Application of mulching to enhance soil health, moisture retention, and plant growth.

  • Sod Installation: Professional installation of grass sod for lush, healthy lawns.

  • Tree Planting: Proper planting and initial care to promote long-term tree health.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate site details and preferences before project initiation.

  • Ensure property access for installations and planting.

  • Obtain required permissions, approvals, or permits, if applicable.

  • Follow aftercare instructions for sod, trees, and mulched areas.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Service fees are payable in advance or according to agreed milestones.

  • Additional costs may apply for materials, permits, or unexpected site conditions.

  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before project commencement are eligible for refunds (excluding purchased materials).

  • Once sod or trees are installed, refunds cannot be issued due to the perishable nature of materials.

  • Partial refunds may apply for unfinished services, subject to agreement.

6. Service Warranty & Limitations

  • Emma Grows ensures professional handling of sod and tree planting but cannot guarantee survival rates, as plant health depends on weather, soil conditions, and client aftercare.

  • Instructions will be provided, and adherence is the client’s responsibility.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing site conditions, natural disasters, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.

8. Intellectual Property
All garden designs, plans, and layouts are the intellectual property of Emma Grows unless full ownership transfer is agreed upon in writing.

9. Termination of Services
We may terminate services for non-payment, unsafe site conditions, or violation of these terms.
